Colours
The paints are appropriate for the furniture,
leisure, electronics, and automobile industries. The Bomix range includes coatings that are liquid-resistant, well-adhering, hard, soft, and flexible. We also offer specialized coatings in all colours and gloss levels, including those that are oil- and acid-proof, UV-protected, conductive, and fluorescent. In-Mould Coatings are frequently a desirable substitute in which the component is produced in a single work stage. It is possible to use water-based in-mould coating techniques, which allow organic solvents to be skipped, at mould temperatures above 40 °C. Bomix also offers functional in-mould coatings as part of its product line. Release agents are not required for manufacturing single-component systems that are self-removing.
The Bomix and ISL Chemie colour pastes’
dispersibility ensures the customer of consistent quality and effective production. Naturally, the collection also includes colour pastes that are UV-stabilized and fade-proof. The colour pastes typically are dispensed at the mixing end of the dispense machine and can be included into most PUR systems.
Products from Bomix and ISL Chemie can be delivered in any of the most popular colour schemes, including RAL, RAL-design, HSK, Pantone, and NCS, as well as in accordance with the customer’s colour sample. Smaller quantities are also possible due to Bomix’s area of expertise.
